Major glitches on many wikis

Description

Various bugs have occurred on some of my wikis. This may not be limited to my wiki.

・The created page becomes a red link, and when clicked, displays "This page has no content".(However, if you click again after viewing another page or history, the page will be displayed correctly.)
・ On Japanese wiki, the language setting is English. (What should be displayed as "メインページ" is now "Main Page" or the sidebar is all in English.)
・ManageWiki settings are not reflected temporarily. (This also improves if you reload it.)

P.S.　In RecentChanges, the project namespace is displayed as "Special:Badtitle/NS4", and when clicked, is displayed as "Incorrect page name". This can be cured by reloading the page.
