I noticed SyntaxHighlight extension is no longer available in ManageWiki, is it because it's included in MediaWiki 1.21+? Anyway, I need it activated on my wiki, thanks.

All pages; I tried with content pages and technical ones, but only talk pages show syntax highlighting. Notice how this shares the same behavior I reported in T5407: editors only showing on talk pages.

When did it stop working

This should now work, it was a caching issue
