Make AbuseFilter hits show up in #miraheze-feed

Description

I have noticed that AbuseFilter log events do not show up in #miraheze-feed on IRC. It would be nice if it did this so that automated processes like SigmaBot could report these events and action could be taken. This is not high priority as I know SRE is rather busy right now but it would be nice to have.

I believe he mean event hits, so user x trigger filter y doing edit on page z.

I have opened a PR on this at https://github.com/miraheze/mw-config/pull/3051. Turns out all it takes is a simple config setting.
