Make my global theme preference is not effective on homepage

Description

Hi,

I use https://hentailolicon.org/wiki/Special:ManageWiki/settings#mw-section-styling to change my theme setting and I use https://hentailolicon.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Timeless.css to change my css.

But they are not effective to homepage but is actually effective on any other pages.
