CURL intermittently slow on mon1

Description

This causes a cascading effect on check_http. I'm not sure if this is because of ns2? But using curl on my mac against https://spiral.wiki/wiki/Main_Page is fast.

On mon1 it's intermittently slow thus sometimes icinga notifies PROBLEM - spiral.wiki - LetsEncrypt on sslhost is CRITICAL: CRITICAL - Socket timeout after 10 seconds.

Ideas @John?

Ping is sometimes slow against spiral.wiki but is fast against google.com.
