"Allow wikis linked to intercriaturas.miraheze base interlanguage wiki (IE such as tuscriaturas.miraheze and yourcreatures.miraheze) to use media from the intercriaturas file repository directly (IE to link images as example_file.png from intercriaturas)

This would also lighten the load in miraheze servers by not having to reupload each file into each tuscriaturas language wiki."

Miraheze already has a global file repository at commons.miraheze.org - you can upload files there and use them on any wiki (works similar to Wikimedia Commons).
