Hello! I would like to activate the following extension

Is it possible? If not, is there an alternate way to create a decent side menu like this one? Thanks in advance

Rejected request, the extension is not maintained and has not been updated for several years and exposes security risk. It is probably not compatible with the current version of MediaWiki either.
