Switch to ConfirmEdit/HCaptcha on diamowiki.miraheze.org

Description

I need to enable ConfirmEdit on my Wiki to defend against attacks from robots and spam. Although my Wiki is newly created, I think it is necessary to make the Wiki resistant to attacks from robots and spam.

ConfirmEdit is a plugin recommended by MediaWiki, and its link is here: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Extension:ConfirmEdit

ConfirmEdit is enabled now, I don't think there's any reason to change the cache type.

The other settings I don't see an issue with nor hcaptcha.

Can you please generate new api keys though and revoke them?

You shouldn't share them publicly. You can email them via tech@miraheze.org

We have the keys. We just need to decide whether we are okay doing this.

I would personally think we have to decline it as we can't have multiple captchas for a common login system.

Unfortunately, I don't see a way for us to implement an alternative captcha since we have a global login system.
