Description

Extension Request: Extension:OrphanedTalkPages

Description: The OrphanedTalkPages extension adds a new Special page to MediaWiki: Special:OrphanedTalkPages. This special page lists all talk pages that do not have an accompanying page.

Rationale: This special page would be very useful, I daresay extremely useful for my WikiGnoming and mopping, for quickly locating unused errant orphaned talk pages with no companion subject page. It would be akin to Special:BrokenRedirects or Special:ListRedirects, essentially.

Question: @Reception123, if @Universal_Omega approves this, can this be enabled on Meta without a community discussion since there's such a clear use case and it's so non-controversial? It just adds, essentially, a useful maintenance-related special page. Thanks! :)

Looks good to me. It is pushing the limits of unmaintained extensions, but it looks fairly good to me, and it was still updated once 6 months ago. Fairly easy and simple extension to review.

I'll submit the pull requests on GitHub for this later.
