Problems with RFC links, possibly "Magic Links" feature.

Description

When entering links to RFCs in VisualEditor, the results are not links. When in Visual Editor, as soon as you type "RFC 2328" it turns blue and looks like a link. When you save it, the link is gone.

Apparently there may be problems with RFC links in VisualEditor when Magic Links is enabled. https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T145589

Is magic links ($wgEnableMagicLinks) enabled on our sites? (nenawiki.org and ndg.nenawiki.org)
If so, could you disable it?

@MikeV Hi. By default, magic links are set to false when it comes to RFCs.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our side because this is an upstream bug as you have pointed out that depends on the VisualEditor developers. The only alternative would probably be to use the normal editor.
