Special:ActiveUsers is Partially Broken on snapwikiwiki

Description

Special:ActiveUsers does not list all the active users on snapwikiwiki; it is missing User:GrahamSH. It also lists User:Homicidal jester who does not have any action in the past 30 days. Is this an IP address issue or just a bug?

It seems that even after running initSiteStats.php with the --active option, it doesn't include GrahamSH in the list...

Not necessarily. I showed up with 60 recent actions. That means that there is still a problem.

@GrahamSH Well yes, but it's now been fixed by me running the script and you editing, so the problem should no longer persist.
