I found https://phabricator.miraheze.org/T3711 and followed it:

I created those four Wikipages and replaced "https://en.wikipedia.org/w/load.php" with "https://cfd.miraheze.org/w/load.php" in MediaWiki:Gadget-ReferenceTooltips.js

I have created a WikiTest page on my Main Page to test it. But I still couldn't make it work.

Would you please help me fix it?
