Problem: As seen in T6324, when the wiki requestor updated their requested subdomain in RequestWiki prior to creation, it was seemingly updated; however, on approval and creation, it was not. I know that prior to the recent RequestWiki/ManageWiki updates, this was not the case, so needs to be fixed as there are definitely frequent needs of wiki creators and wiki creating-stewards to either (a) have the requestor update their URL (and database name) or (b) update the URL (and database name) for the requestor, prior to the wiki being approved and created.

Reproducable? Yes

Suggested Fix: Update RequestWiki and/or CreateWiki to update the subdomain and database name when updated in those extensions prior to the wiki being approved and created. Once a wiki is approved and created, of course, a Phabricator ticket would be needed, but this is just for prior to creations.
