Add ability to change wordmark logo to ManageWiki

Description

It'd be nice if we could set the wordmark logo shown in the Minerva skin. I imagine this would be a popular thing to change if it were easy, so if it's not too hard ideally it'd go in ManageWiki.

I suppose the other variants could be added too ("tagline", etc.), but maybe those aren't as widely desired.
