Add interwikis between nbdbwiki and nonbinarywiki

Description

I'd like to be able to link to pages between nbdbwiki and nonbinarywiki.

The prefix to link to nbdbwiki pages should be nbdb. The one to link to nonbinarywiki pages should be nbw.

@NeoMahler Please note that this type of request must be made at Community noticeboard. And not in Phabricator.

Or would your request be that you want interlingual links to appear just like in Wikipedia (on the left bar/other languages)? That requires this configuration.
