Bug with access URL configuration when viewing a deleted revision (new to MW 1.35)

Description

Problem: When visiting the deleted revision on a wiki, the /w access URL is missing, I think, the title= parameter, causing the deleted revision to appear as though it was deleted from the wiki's main page, as seen here. I note this is a configuration issue that was not in MW 1.34, and which is new to MW 1.35. Suspect it should be an easy PR to resolve.

Reproducable?: Yes, have noticed on multiple wikis and multiple times.

What Should Happen: Access URL should include, I think, the title= parameter when viewing the deleted revision, as was the case in MW 1.34, and as occurs on other non-Miraheze wikis.

The issue did exist in 1.34 and there's a task somehwere upstream that was being worked on.

@RhinosF1 Can you link the upstream task on this request? Also, I just checked this deleted revision. They're on MW 1.36, I think, yes, but I am 99.98% positive the URL displayed that way when they were in MW 1.35.

I'm re-opening this request for a second opinion, and following this further investigation, as I do think we should conclusively rule out this is not a Miraheze configuration issue.

They implemented a fix recently afaik. Will look for the task.

Upstream task per @RhinosF1's find is here. Re-closing this as declined. We'll have to look into what MW version this was fixed in, I think, or if Wikimedia locally deployed a patch/configuration hack to temporarily fix the issue locally. Perhaps we can replicate that, if that's the case?
