I'm going to reject this request, on the basis of:

• There's no license, so we are not legally allowed to use the code.
• There's a blacklist, but it's hardcoded for some reason so not really useful to us
• Tons of commented-out code makes me lose confidence in the programmer
• Defining your own sanitize function is not the way to sanitize input in Mediawiki.
• Basically even the premise of this extension scares the crap out of me; and more so given the skill level of its programmer.
