Reported slowness on IRC/Discord + errors on RecentChanges saying technical issues prevented display.

Alerts for increase in 4xx/5xx keep going off across everywhere. Started 6 hours ago.

. I also got some errors while translating pages on Meta which stated that translation aid could not be loaded. Additionally, as the task mentions, pages have been taking an unbearably long amount of time to load (sometimes even a few minutes). This is, however, inconsistent. I am on CP6 and MW7.

4xx/5xx alert was a user making a lot of requests for content that doesn't exist.
