I would like 'Upload file' link of PetraWiki language wikis en.petrawiki.org and hr.petrawiki.org to redirect to 'Upload file' of files.petrawiki.org.
As I understand, this is done by adding value to $wgUploadNavigationUrl and $wgUploadMissingFileUrl in Special:ManageWiki/settings (Restricted tab) of PetraWiki language wikis but I don't have permission to edit those variables myself.
With apologies to @LukaIbrisimovic for the delay in replying, this was on my list of tasks left to do related to this task and was planning on doing it either today or tomorrow, following up with you in a reply to the request on my user talk page on Meta, but I see that @John has done it. Nonetheless, I do echo John's sentiments that almost all requests requiring the managewiki-restricted user right should be requested at stewards' noticeboard, not Phabricator. (The one exception to that would be $wgCompressRevisions, as that's mainly a technical thing done by system administrators, usually following a large import request.)

@Dmehus, no need to apologize. :) I thought maybe you forgot about it. Keep in mind that there are still those interwiki links for PetraWiki family from my request on your Meta user talk page left. But there's no hurry.
