Description

I've done just now turns to Miraheze Meta and all of a sudden the site went really slow. At some point, the message "503 Bad Gateway" was displayed. Now the announcement is gone but at least the Public Test Wiki and Meta are still slow. Do you know if any server upgrades are now in progress or why these are so slow?

Hi, now it seems to work again and are fast. I was just wondering when usually 503 comes when there are some changes to the server settings. However, I don’t think the reason was my own computer because other websites were working normally.

Wikimedia sites had a few issues with their API which had a knock on impact due to Instant Commons.
