"Welcome" appears on every edit on wretchedyoutubevideoswiki

Description

Every time you edit a page on wretchedyoutubevideoswiki and on every new wiki when VisualEditor is installed, the "Welcome" message appears instead of only appearing the first time.

The message is:

Welcome to Wretched YouTube Videos Wiki
Anyone can edit, and every improvement helps.
Thank you for helping the world discover more!

This can be replicated by editing on wretchedyoutubevideoswiki or on a new wiki when VisualEditor is installed.

Try turning off $wgVisualEditorShowBetaWelcome in ManageWiki beta tab.

When exactly do you say this message appears? I tried to click edit on a page and I didn't see anything.

Every time I enter edit mode, I get the "welcome" message.
The bug seems to have been fixed, so closing.

Fixing status. It sounds like this was either not a bug or an upstream bug.
