I believe that Skin:WikimediaApiPortal should be added once Miraheze reaches 1.36, as it is a good skin for documentation wikis.

Was created by the WMF but not deployed on WMF wikis so I guess this does need a security review.

This is to Wikimedia specific I think.

The skin was created for use with the Wikimedia API Portal, so some elements of the design such as the site logo and footer are specific to Wikimedia.
