This is related to the Cosmos Skin (https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Skin:Cosmos)

I would like to update the [$wgCosmosRailBlacklistedPages] parameter in LocalSettings.php so that the rail with the "recently changed" module no longer shows up on every page by default. I want to disable the rail entirely.

Looking at the documentation (which I linked above) I believe that means that [$wgCosmosRailBlacklistedPages] needs to be set to [ 'mainpage' ] but I'm still new to the tech side of wikis, so I may be misreading that.

Per response from Universal_Omega, it seems that the parameter that needs to be changed is actually $wgCosmosEnabledRailModules

To disable the rail on all pages you need $wgCosmosEnabledRailModules.

I've edited the ticket accordingly. It still seems like it's something I can't change on my own, so could someone please make the change in Settings?
