@MarioMario456 I expected this to be a similar bug to a previous Phabricator task, but wanted to test deleting the file just to be sure. I was able to delete the file in question, and have verified that the file is non-existed in both File: namespace and Media: pseudo-namespace. Not sure what caused the error, so a stack trace may still be useful, but in the meantime, at least the file is deleted.

Seems to have been a temporary error which I don't think requires any extra investigation at this time. If this issue does reoccur however it would likely be a good idea to look into this.
