Hi. You can actually create the group and requirements yourself via Special:ManageWiki/permissions. Here are the steps:

• Create the new group and call it extendedconfirmed
• Access the new group and go to the 'Autopromotion tab'
• Set 'Must have made the following number of edits' and 'Must have been a user for the following number of days' to the desired values

Please let me know if you also want to be able to protect pages for this 'extendedconfirmed' group, in which case that will need to be done by us after you configure the settings yourself in ManageWiki.

@PiscesKazeMGR My apologies for not actioning your request sooner. Anyway, @Reception123 has now done the PR for your wiki, and I've added the editextendedconfirmedprotected user right to both the extendedconfirmed and sysop groups in Special:ManageWiki on your wiki.

I would normally create the MediaWiki interface messages for the added protection/restriction level on your wiki; however, as your wiki is Vietnamese, I will give you instructions for what to do:

1. Create MediaWiki:Right-editextendedconfirmedprotected (likely in Vietnamese) with the following as the page text Edit pages protected as "Allow only extendedconfirmed users" (in Vietnamese, of course)
2. Create MediaWiki:Protect-level-editextendedconfirmedprotected (likely in Vietnamese) with the following as the page text Allow only extendedconfirmed users (in Vietnamese, of course)
3. Create MediaWiki:Restriction-level-editextendedconfirmedprotected (likely in Vietnamese) with the following as the page text Allow only extendedconfirmed users (in Vietnamese, of course)

You can search the exact interface messages in Vietnamese using Special:AllMessages on your wiki.
