Description

Like https://github.com/miraheze/mw-config/blob/dcfbf7680989a5e7c9ea3bc4d23ba2be5bfe13fe/ManageWikiSettings.php#L2662 so we don't get errors after renaming wikis

I did a PR for MirahezeMagic to do this but I just realized the values in those fields aren't always the current wikis, so I'm unsure how this would really be done, or even if it can be done.
