During a wiki rename (or anything when we drop the database), we should monitor the database so that we know all activity on it has stopped.
Description
Event Timeline
Specfic database. Mainly to warn if we have any issue simmilar to WikiBase client and some query is still running on the database.
How do you purpose we do that? Any graph or table in Grafana would be to large as we can't do such specific logging there, I'm not sure how we'd do this. Unless you have thoughts for monitoring elsewhere, besides Grafana?
It does the same thing but the whole thing was to warn during a wiki rename. I'm not sure that would do that.
Since the only reason for this task should no longer be occurring, I'm going to go ahead and close this as invalid (since no actions for it were taken). If I'm incorrect in assuming the only reason for this task was for this, then I apologise and please reopen.
If there isn't any other known issues besides the wikibase one, since fixed, then I don't think this should be reopened and attempted, unless we have a valid use-case and need to do so. However if we do have one, once again I apologise and please reopen.
