Description

Once again I'm requesting to install the skin Chameleon.
If you're not aware, this skin in particular was declined at least 3 times in the past because (if I remember correctly) it was very difficult to install and had dependencies on Composer, etc.; however a considerable time has passed since (incl. a MW update) and I think we should know if it works with the current setup we have on Miraheze.

It's been reviewed yes but time has passed. It needs a new review.

It's been reviewed yes but time has passed. It needs a new review.

And the skin has been updated at least two times since 1.35 as well. I'm not aware of any changes to the core of the extension but I will try to request to install each time we update MediaWiki, so we can see if something changes.

The code still looks pretty safe with no risk. Approved. I will attempt to install and test this.
