Description

Hello, a user has contacted me because he can't login. Apparently there was some problem with the confirmation email (or he gave the wrong address), and the user hasn't been able to logon. He created the user on June 9th, his username is Josepnogue. Can I set him up with an email, so he can reset his password?

The policy is whatever SRE has been operating under since day 1 to my knowledge. T&S haven’t been involved in anything like this by SRE.

Sorry, but I don't see what's been going on here, with the name change and all. What can I do with the user? Can he register again?
