I just opened another task, but it got renamed and the closed without really addressing the original problem with the user. Can you please tell me what to do?
A user has contacted me because he can't login. Apparently there was some problem with the confirmation email (or he gave the wrong address), and the user hasn't been able to logon. He created the user on June 9th, his username is Josepnogue. Can I set him up with an email, so he can reset his password?
