The 2018 is a clean and modern skin. I think that this skin should be deployed for use on ManageWiki if the security review returns as well.

This is pretty unmaintained as not updates in 7 months, and it not being on Gerrit gives me concerns about that.

Decided to decline based on the above since its also not in Wikimedia Gerrit, I don't like approving it when it's not maintained for so long.
