Wiki URLdiamowiki.miraheze.org(or diamowiki.ga)

I want to enable the ParserFunctions extension on my wiki, but the Wiki's Special:ManageWiki/extensions doesn't have it.
There is a template on my site that uses #ifeq. It needs to enable this extension to use.

@Diamochang ParserFunctions is enabled by default and as a result, isn't in Special:ManageWiki. You can corroborate this on your wiki's Special:Version.
