Setup SSH key for remote access between mw11 and mw*

Description

Please can someone generate an SSH key on mw11 and then arm ssh agent with the password.

I will make this available on the rest of the appservers via puppet. Please make sure the private key is in private puppet so I can deploy when I write the patch.

John said no password is needed so it just needs generating and dumping in puppet
