Skin:Nostalgia is approved, it passes security review.

The security review of Skin:BlueSky is stalled. It looks like the skin in the middle of a major rewrite, so I don't want to review an old version to then review an entirely new version in a few months. Especially since this skin hasn't been requested on any wikis.
