Description

When anonymous users attempt to edit, its not allowing them to edit i tried fixing it but cannot figure out why

when logging out still unable to Anonymously edit

I thought system admin disabled it however, i needed to go disable it therefore this is now being closed as resolved

Yes I didn't disable it myself. We don't do stuff like that unless directly asked. We prefer stuff like that is done by the wiki administrators, rather then system administrators making on-wiki actions unless absolutely necessary to fix issues that wiki administrators can't.
