  • The skin is marked as unstable.
  • It has some poor code standards, making me doubt it will even work with MediaWiki 1.37 at this point, and also making a review kind of difficult.

The main reason I'm declining is the unstable status, but I wouldn't decline because of that solely so the combination of those two issues is why I'm going to go ahead and decline this.

Alternatives may be Chameleon, Liberty, Medik, or Tweeki, as all of them are also powered by the bootstrap framework.
