Wiki license icon not changing

Description

It was noticed recently that the icons of the wiki license ($wmgWikiLicense) are not changing accordingly in any wiki. The text on the footer mentioning CreativeCommons & others do change, but not the icon.

If you want to test, change the license of a wiki to any other such as GPLv3, which is visually very different.

Due to this effecting the display of licensing, raising to high priority as it should be looked into ASAP.

This one needs to be checked for every license that is allowed in the dropdown in ManageWiki.
For example, it needs logos for creative commons BY, for NC, for SA, for ND, etc.
