  2. Go to a random Page The new tab with Twinkle will be displayed much larger than other tab labels.

This doesn’t seem to be in scope for Phabricator, so closing as invalid. But yes, I can reproduce, so it’s a JavaScript error for 1.37. I’ll look into if I have the time.

Exactly what he said. It's not in scope for Phabricator.

Twinkle is a community maintained tool and not controlled by SRE.
