The extension also seems to be entirely useless without access to the configuration. If we can't implement the configuration into ManageWiki, then we should either remove the extension from being available, or restrict enabling the extension to require a task to have it configured. I'd prefer the latter. (@DecabristM should therefore open a new task with their desired configuration state so we can set that up for them).

I do have an idea for how this could be implemented, but it would be tricky to get right, and I can't guarantee that I'd have the time to do so for another ~5 months.

@Void if you can explain your idea, I can probably give it an attempt as well if you want. As for restricting it, that would be my preferable option if we go that direction.
