Import Request for Decyclopedia

Description

Recently, Nocyclopedia closed, and I've been trying to import its content into Decyclopedia. However, every time I tried to import Nocyclopedia's XML dump, I got an error.

Firstly, I'm not sure why you didn't request, at stewards' noticeboard, or requests for adoption, to reopen Nocyclopedia wiki. Nevertheless, if it's a large import request, please upload the XML dump here, and system administrators will process it for you. Thank you

Update: It looks like some of the content was imported successfully. I don't know if all of it was, however.

If it's a large import, either in number of pages or total revisions to be imported, best practice is to request the import through Phabricator and not try to do it locally. Nevertheless, assuming the same files you tried to import successfully or unsuccessfully are all in the XML dump, everything should be corrected when the import is done by SRE.

It's only around 2,000 KB. But somehow, it still failed.
