  1. Open the module page
  2. Click the "Edit source"
  3. Then you will see:

Internal error

They are all modules in my wiki. For example, this one from the Wikipedia module:
https://minecraftjapan.miraheze.org/wiki/Module:Yesno

I found the cause of the problem. It affects Extension:ForcePreview if it is installed.
I uninstalled ForcePreview and the problem was solved.
