The current canned response in CreateWiki for when a wiki with the same database name already exists ("Database exists (wiki still active)") assumes that the existing wiki has the same purpose as the one in the wiki request, and therefore instructs the requestor to contribute to that wiki. A new response ("Database exists (wiki unrelated)") should be added, along the lines of "Wiki database name and subdomain already exist. Please choose a different subdomain that is not in use. Thank you.".
