Name field needs to be blanked out with RemovePII extension

Description

Just noticed that on closinglogosgroupwiki, in Special:EditProfile/$1, where $1 equals the user in question, the data populated in the name field is still visible. Note this is not the "real name" field, but the name field. In this case, the GDPR'ed user in question appears to have specified their real name in this field. So, requesting SRE implement the applicable fix as soon as practicable.
