Hello,
Please add a new protection level called "Allow only Founders" to my wiki.
The group "Founder" has already been created with all necessary mediawiki pages made

As @Ugochimobi said, I have done a number of these configuration requests as a community technical volunteer, though, yes, it would still require SRE to merge.
