Description

GettingStarted is no longer maintained per it's MediaWiki.org page and the corresponding Phabricator task and has been un-deployed on Wikimedia. It should thus be removed for the upgrade to MediaWiki 1.38. It's successor is GrowthExperiments so potentially that should be considered as an alternative if compatible with our setup.
