Ogg files do not play

Description

Hi, some ogg files do not play. Maybe it is a matter of size, the small ogg file is playing, the larger one is not

large file: https://yazz.miraheze.org/wiki/File:Oggtestmittel.ogg

When I try to download the file, it has a size of 0 bytes.

Both of these mentioned files play for me. And download for me. It's possible they didn't while they were still being transcoded, as that job can take hours, and sometimes longer to complete.
