Description

MediaWiki is finally actually supporting wiki farms and providing wiki-farm specific features and a proper abstraction (yes that's weird)

We should review whether we could change our setup in any places to best use these features

This is in 1.38 & 1.39

I'd suggest we are very slow as it's still experimental and consider only testing on beta & experimental wiki.
