Event Timeline
I may be willing to maintain this skin if necessary, and if really wanted within the community, but we'll see.
@Agent_Isai Could you please see whether the community thinks this skin is important? So we can know if it's worth @Universal_Omega maintaining or not.
Might there be a list available of which wikis use the skin? I see 274 wikis have it enabled but out of all of them, probably only a very small handful have it enabled as default.
That's the number that do use it by default then. The total number would be {{NUMBEROFWIKISBYSKIN:foreground}}.
Apologies, I confused the previous parser function with this one. There are only 8 wikis with it as the default skin so it seems to not be very used.
It should be noted that last weekend, co-developer Tom Hutchinson ("Hutchy68") apparently vowed to upgrade it "[i]f someone opens a [PR] against develop branch". (Linked issue thread concerns compatibility with MW 1.37.1.)
Perhaps Foreground should be disabled instead until this patch occurs?
Claiming to handle the disabling of it on June 12th, we will keep the submodule for a few weeks at least to see if patch occurs, of I might do one myself.
