We should consider creating a new bug report form on Phabricator to make it easier for users to report bugs with more details given. We should also consider overriding the internalerror-fatal-exception message (I think?) with MirahezeMagic, to mention the new form with a link appended to the end of it (though we would probably have to override the whole message, just adding that), and make it easier and direct for how users can report bugs on Phabricator.
