Which of the following is your import? (use 'X' in the empty box)

  1. Import from Wikipedia (or other similar site)
  2. Fork from other wiki (some users are staying at original wiki)
  3. Migration from other wiki (all or most users are moving to Miraheze)

This request is specifically for importing images, which were not included in the previous import request because it took a while to filter out undesired images from the original wiki. I'm not quite sure what format to put it in, so I'm linking to a ZIP file that contains the image files and both DESC and XML files of the file namespace pages: Google Drive link. If the files need to be in a different format or configuration, please let me know.

Ah! Wonderful! The image count looks correct. (Though, it seems the .desc files uploaded strangely and need to be deleted, but I can take care of that myself.)

I noticed that the actual content on the pages themselves needs to be updated to correctly upload all the sourcing and licensing information associated with all the images. The XML file (included in the ZIP) is small enough (when split into two or three) that I could do it myself using Special:Import, but the maintenance script having a "newer" version means that none of it will actually be present on the current revision.

Is there a way to upload the XML for the File namespace descriptions and have them be the current revision?

Regarding the .desc files, if it is easier for you you can send us a list with the file names and we can batch delete them.

Regarding the XML, do you mean that there is an XML file included in the zip that you sent? If so, that can be imported yes.

Yes, there's an XML file included in the ZIP for all their descriptions and sourcing and category stuff.

Also, that would be easier, since it's a great many of them. I've created a PasteBin with the names: at this link.

Oh, no, there's a single XML file in the ZIP for all the files together. The PasteBin is for the desc files. I'm deeply sorry I've been unclear.

Sorry about the confusion, I am the one who got confused. Both the XML and the deletion script are now in progress.
